The area has a reputation for its entrepreneurship with a focus on energy management and sustainability, giving rise to our winning team with talented partners. The founders pull the team together with their background in leadership, business development, technology, cultivation and sales & marketing.

Lars Atterhem

Founder

MSc from KTH with 40+ years of expertise in energy management, technology development, and managing companies. Lars spent 24 years with Skellefteå Kraft, one of Sweden´s most successful energy companies where he led world-class technology development relating to pellet production, renewable bioenergy, and power plant management.

Oscar Rosdahl

Co-Founder

MSc from Chalmers University and +20 years of experience in different leadership positions within FMCG Industry including Fresh Produce, focus sales & marketing. In the past 4 years he has been the CEO of one of the biggest and most successful greenhouse growers in the Nordic region, Svegro. Oscar has also been a commercial director at Arla and P&G.

Madeleine Atterhem

Architect

MSc school of architecture at the Royal institute of technology (KTH) with experience in industrial design, urban planning, and automation. Madeleine has been with the company since the beginning, and she handles everything related to planning and construction of the demonstration plant. Madeleine also has a background in photography.
